2022 Trial games confirmed

March Trial games have been confirmed for all Bats grades.
UTS AFC Bats squad runs a warm up ahead of a trial game at Bat and Ball Oval

Trial games will commence for the UTS Australian Football Club on Saturday 5 March.

The Bats will take on St George, Inner West Magpies, Pennant Hills and Sydney University, with the majority of matches to be played at Bat and Ball Oval.

Things kick off on Saturday 26 February with the Men’s Premier squad camp, with internal matches to be played at Bat and Ball Oval.

Trial Games v St George – Cancelled Due to weather

But things really heat up on Saturday 5 March, when the Bats host St George Dragons in five games at Bat and Ball Oval, featuring our Women’s Div 3 and a combined Premier/Div 1 squad, ahead of Men’s premier, reserves and U19 matches.

Trial Games v Inner West Magpies, Internal matches, Women’s AFLX

The club will spread out across Sydney the following weekend, with the men’s premier and reserves teams heading to Picken Oval for back-to-back practice games against Inner West Magpies on Saturday 12 March. The club’s Division 1, 2 and Masters sides will play internal matches at Bat and Ball Oval.

Saturday 19 March is a big day for the club with the men’s premier, reserves, Div 1, Div 2, U19, and women’s premier and div 1 players taking on Pennant Hills in five matches at Bat and Ball Oval.
