After Match at the Golden Sheaf

All players are back to The Golden Sheaf on Saturday night from 6.00pm for team presentations.

Weather alert

All players are reminded that due to inclement weather, all venues and match times are subject to late changes prior to Saturday’s scheduled time.

If your team selection does not appear below then the game has been cancelled/postponed.

Please monitor official club communications channels (such as our Facebook and Instagram accounts) and team group chats. If you are not in a group chat, you can join the ‘all players’ Facebook group here.

Contact your coach for information on other group chats that you may not yet be part of.

Player withdrawals, COVID-19 and changes.

Please advise your coach/team manager immediately if you are unable to play.

We remind the entire UTS AFC community to be vigilant in our responsibilities to keep ourselves and each other safe, by abiding by the UTS AFC COVID protocols (found here).

We ask the entire UTS AFC community to not attend a UTS AFC event (training, match day, social events), if:

  • attended any of the reported case locations listed on the NSW Health website and are required to complete testing and self-isolation per the NSW Health requirements https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates
  • Presenting with any symptoms (even the mildest, including runny nose, cough, etc).

With any away fixtures we ask all players to respect the home team’s COVID Safety protocols. This will include:

  • Limited use of change rooms
  • Registering via QR Codes on signage
  • Hand sanitiser usage at regular intervals
  • EFTPOS facilities at canteen
  • Limited spectator attendance
  • No sharing of water bottles / snacks

Required dress code

All players require to wear official club uniform including UTSAFC black playing shorts and socks. If you don’t have your uniform, please contact your team manager.

Owing to COVID-19 protocols, all players are required to bring their own waterbottles to games. Please mark these clearly.

Player duties

Players should check if they have been assigned duties at any home game venues (Waverley Oval and Trumper Park). UTS AFC is a social club and match day responsibilities are essential to the smooth and successful running of all Bats teams. Players assigned to duties are required to attend and complete these as assigned by club or team m2anagement. If you are unable to undertake your duties you must find a replacement.
