Strength and Conditioning Program

The UTS Australian Football Club accesses the elite UTS Strength and Conditioning program fully resourced by UTS Sport.

The UTS Strength and Conditioning program includes: 

  • Full-time strength and conditioning coaches
  • Injury Prevention
  • Injury Rehabilitation 
  • Aerobic Conditioning
  • Strength

Held at the UTS Sport Facility at Moore Park and UTS Elite Athlete Gym at Ultimo, this is an incredible offering provided to our Premier players.

The UTS Sport Centre at Moore Park is the home of the Wallabies, Wallaroos and the Australian Men’s and Women’s Rugby 7s teams, as well as UTS Sport and Exercise, and Physiotherapy disciplines.

Our program includes an eight-week pre-season program over three sessions per week, and full-season conditioning.

All Premier men’s, women’s and U19 squad members receive a complimentary UTS Gym membership.
