The UTS Australian Football Club is thrilled to welcome BodyByBrando on board as the Bats’ commercial Gym Partner for the 2022 and 2023 seasons. Based in Paddington and Waterloo, BodyByBrando is a strength and conditioning facility that transforms the way people look, move and feel. Using objective and measurable tests of fitness across a broad range of movements, modalities and time domains, BodyByBrando designs effective programs that deliver world-class results for the general public and athletes alike. “We’re pumped to be on board with the Bats for 2022 and 2023,” said BodyByBrando director and head coach Brando Hasick. “At BodyByBrando, we use sports science methods that involve constant progression and variety, not random or uncalculated programs. “Because of our expert knowledge and coaching experience, we provide results across four key categories: physique transformations, performance transformations across the 10 physiological adaptations, pain-free movement, perception and mindset. “And we use task and time-specific tests to assess your work capacity and ability to maintain intensity across a variety of stimuli, meaning you will become the fittest and strongest version of yourself.” As a result of the new partnership, the Bats look forward to training with BodyByBrando in the 2022 and 2023 seasons. “We welcome BodyByBrando to the Bats family and are are thrilled to have the support of a local Paddington business for the 2022 season,” says UTS Bats president Megan Gigacz. “As we continue to build our footprint in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs as an elite football club built by mates, it’s essential to have the support of the local community. “BodyByBrando has helped improve the strength and fitness of many individual Bats players and having Brando and his team on board as our commercial gym partner takes that relationship to another level. “We look forward to building a strong partnership with BodyByBrando over the next two seasons.” |
